Attorney

Attorney Kevin J. Hinkle of Hinkle Law Firm handles personal injury cases involving automobile, semi-truck, and motorcycle accidents when significant and severe injuries have occurred.


He also focuses on slip and fall accidents at retail businesses and stores. He has helped his clients obtain substantial jury verdicts and settlements against nationally known large retail stores.


He is a graduate of Indiana University (B.A. 1978) and the Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis (now McKinney School of Law), (J.D. 1981). Kevin was admitted to the Indiana Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana in 1981.


Kevin is a sustaining member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and a member of the Indiana State and Hendricks County Bar Associations. He served as an elected member of the Hendricks County Council (1985-1990), was elected prosecuting attorney for Hendricks County from 1991 to 1994, and was elected delegate to the Indiana State Republican Convention twice.


Kevin serves on the Board of Directors of Hendricks County Bank and Trust Company, and is active in the community as a member of the Brownsburg Sertoma Club, and as a 4th Degree Knight in the Knights of Columbus.
